"Very disappointed customer here…… Since November 2025 I have had to call in to Budd Drake office regarding my premium amount being wrong. All because Carole didn’t save my drivers defense course under the correct file….. Because of this I have to take time out my busy day to call to have them fix the issue every month. Fast forward today 02/10/2029 my premium has went up additional 29.00 for an address change I did not request and Carole didn’t inform me either when discussing the original issue with my insurance quote. Yet here I am dealing with two issue that has yet been rectified….. For future customers please verify that Carole does here job correctly!"
