"My experience with this Insurance Office was awesome. It's awesome everytime I call them. I have been with Buddy, Pam, and Carol for as long as I can remember. Pam and Carol both really care about their customers. Its genuine. They are not satisfied unless you are. They work with you to make sure all insurance needs are satisfactory to everyone involved. They both are professional and so very nice to me. They work hard to get you the right price to where you feel comfortable and satisfied. "Very disappointed customer here…… Since November 2025 I have had to call in to Budd Drake office regarding my premium amount being wrong. All because Carole didn’t save my drivers defense course under the correct file….. Because of this I have to take time out my busy day to call to have them fix the issue every month. Fast forward today 02/10/2029 my premium has went up additional 29.00 for an address change I did not request and Carole didn’t inform me either when discussing the original issue with my insurance quote. Yet here I am dealing with two issue that has yet been rectified….. For future customers please verify that Carole does here job correctly!"
