"I want to say a few things about one of your agents. Mrs. Carole Simon has been consistent in all the interactions of service she has provided for me and my family over the last 18 months. I was a State Farm customer for more than 22 years. I switched to USAA back in 2018 because of a poor customer service with another State Farm Office. However, since my return in 2021 your office agents have been on top of things. Mrs. Carole Simon is dynamic. There are several things that ignites her customer service. For starters, she has a phenomenal attitude. Also, her amicable telephone engagement, she listens to your concerns in order to provide a solution. Her knowledge of the products you offer is awesome and the follow through is stupendous. She is the key reason for my choice to bundle home and auto. The detailed explanation of key coverage items for my home was identified and explained with such transparency it made my decision easy. "There is never a time that I call that the service is not extraordinary. Since I’m not in the insurance business I ask a lot of questions and NO One of them including Buddy acts if I’m not a new customer every time.
